Returning unwanted items


To request a return please email caramellatradings@gmail.com and provide your name, Order No. & request within 48 hours of receiving your item. 

Your order will then be tracked to see delivery date & time to confirm the return. 

If you are eligible, the returns form will be provided to you which must be included within the parcel or the return cannot be processed. 

If delivery is attempted and you are not home, you will be granted an extra 48 hours to collect your parcel & decide whether it is suitable or not – requests out of this period will be denied. 

Returns must reach us no later than 7 days from the date you receive the item, return postage is paid for by the customer – you must pay for the correct postage to ensure that it arrives back to us within the mentioned period – check with your postage company if delivery is guaranteed before sending it.

CARAMELLA will only be responsible to pay for return postage if the incorrect item was sent or the item is faulty. 

If an item is considered faulty, this must be addressed and brought to our attention within the 48 hours. The items will be closely studied for tampering. 

On standard orders, full refunds (excluding shipping) will be issued. The customer has the option whether to choose a refund or a credit note to use on our website. 

Credit notes are to be used within 3MONTHS on our in stock items only.

Pre-orders are NON-REFUNDABLE as they are made to order, however, your item may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving it and a return must be requested within the 48 hour window.

When we receive the return, we will message to confirm refund / credit note information. Refunds take 5-7 days to process via card and even quicker with PayPal. 

The return address is provided on the returns form. 

Orders cannot be cancelled. 

No returns on SALE items.

No returns on swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

All customer service should be done via EMAIL as direct messages are not tracked. 

Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g. Fake tan or Make-up. Items must be returned in the original packaging including the tags provided.
